I agree entirely. The mode selector button can be a real pain down there and should be on the steering wheel.
I'm yet to have found any reason to use slipppery or trail mode.

Re: Sports mode easier to drive in for me
If it were not for the fuel consumption and fuel prices, I would keep mine in sport mode as it feels like a much better car and I really love the enhanced regenerated braking. I usually use normal mode and eco mode on motorway journeys. I save sport mode for when I have a few passengers as it can fe...

Re: New Member and Puma Owner - Anyone got a high mileage Puma?
I had a 1.25 ecoboost in my B Max which covered 45k in 4.5 years with no issues and no engine concerns in the1.25 Puma in the first year over 7k miles. Ford said they were built tolast 150k miles but not heard of anyone doing anywhere near that so far.

Re: Real MPG
Not so sure what that really means. We all have the same size tank and I'm guessing that if we all filled up we would all have a different range figure. Mine never gets above 400, for instance, it then changes after a few miles. The only fuel notification I take any notice of is the 50 mile warning...

Re: Charge pad.
I've found the same problem with my Samsung s9.It gets very hot in the wireless charger and charges too slowly to be of any use. FYI, if you run android auto or apple car play, you need to use the USB or USBC socket but if you want to fast charge, I believe you can do it from the cigarette lighter s...

Re: B&O Sound option
Surround is great for films, but music is normally produced in stereo format and sounds best on stereo settings. That's what my system is set to, though I did try surround for a while.

Re: To keep or not..?
My last 125 ecoboost engine did 45k in my B Max before I traded it in for the Puma with no issues at all. I have no problem with keeping the Puma as long, or even longer.

Re: Speed bumps
I can usually pass over them with one wheel on each side without much of a thump. Some of them are harsher than others and some go the whole width of the road. What is annoying is that the ones in 30 mph limits that are too harsh to allow you to drive at 30 mph. Of course the Chelsea tractors and wh...
