Re: Forscan / APIM Modifications

Re: Battery problem update

Interesting that the stop start has been mentioned because mine was looked at on Thursday and since I got it back the stop start hasn’t worked. I’ve even tried sport mode tonight and the 48v battery is definitely charging and going blue when needed but the stop start hasn’t engaged at all. I’ve che...

Re: Unable to Update Maps

I feel your pain. Give cyanlabs tool a try. It populates a USB with the necessary files:

I've only ever seen 65Ah fitted.

Re: Battery problem update

Yes, I was thinking a parasitic drain somewhere in the system, I'll try and get the battery ruled out first before I take it to the workshop, don't want to start pulling fuses out one by one to define what circuit's causing the drain as it's still a newish car and under warranty, I may have had thi...

Re: Battery problem update

Update - So initially I had 100% capacity reading 12.7v after a six mile run it's now down to 12.4v 80% SOC, (regulator output on idle is 14.4v) and that's with all connectivity unchecked on the touchscreen, as littlepuma said previously Ford pass app still works even recorded my journey 😲😉 snake o...

Re: Battery problem update

I admit I don’t know why they changed the hybrid battery as I was under the impression that it isn’t connected to the 12v charging system but the dealer just did as the Ford technician said The first edition Puma has a different 48 volt battery that is in the rear and some were faulty and replaced....
