I'm not sure anyone has....It may help if you keep all your posts concerning the fitting to one thread as it could help others in the future.
To be honest, I'm not sure it's worth the hassle to retro-fit one.

That's around 160 miles of mixed driving up the A1 I think. I've done a longer route from mine to up there around Durham....51MPG would seem good to me.

I can't replicate that even with a torch, if I get the torch to shine deep down into the gap and backwards, I can just about see the yellow top of the latch, but it's only a thread like distant glimpse. That only confirms, to me, that it's way back and out of sight. I guess like everything it depend...

Well if my bonnet was sitting any lower it would be out of line with the noise section. I would be very interested to look at cars where the yellow release lever is genuinely not visible at all from any angle with bonnet closed.
