Without a VIN you cant check Ford ETIS i am afraid, they are nice cars to drive but the early ones do seem to have a few niggles and build issues. We had a C-Max some years ago when we needed to get our girls up and down to uni, and it was really reliable (other than the upholstery but that's a different story!) I hope I don't regret saying this, but that's why I went for the all petrol Ecoboost Puma. I just wasn't prepared to be the guineapig.
