Re: Members Map

I travel around the north east quite a bit and Puma's are still a rarity on the roads. Ford dealer showrooms and compounds are full of them.

DAB radio signal

I live near the North East coast and find the dab signal drops in & out almost continually. Previous car, a Mokka X which had an old type aerial, gave no such problems. Has there been any updates to improve the signal or is it just poor coverage in this part of the country.

Re: My 1st 'Fuel Report'

My first fuel report, seems a bit optimistic. I'll do a tank to tank comparison for a more accurate figure

Re: Dash cam

To get the cable to stay hidden in the roof lining you could try using cable ties. Put the tie on the cable, pull tight, snip off the long length and that should work . May need to try various tie sizes depending on the gap. It's worked for me in other cars.

Re: vehicle hotspot - is it worth it?

I've used the Three network for mifi for some time. Excellent signal in most locations, once failed on a small area of the North York Moors. You can choose a monthly data plan or use payg. I use the latter as I already have an Huawei box, it's not much bigger then a credit and can run from it's inte...

Spare wheel storage

I was reluctant to give up my space saver spare wheel so thought I would try this. My megabox is the triangular type so I bought a piece of ply board cut to size then covered with carpet material same as used to line cupboards in motor homes and the like. Spray glue was used for bonding. Covers the ...
