Brand new fault to look for.
Haven’t seen this one yet, in front of the rear wheels are two deflectors, not sure what purpose they serve, but whilst giving the car a quick wash today, noticed the offside had come loose. Pushed it back in place, then proceeded to the nearside and notice it had also come adrift. Anyone else notic...

Re: Puma faults update.
Well, letter finally arrived in the post, made interesting reading. Apparently, all three faults were fixed as reported on 10/12/20, I listed 13 faults, best bit of the letter was the dealer stating in the letter that all faults were repaired. Called the sales manager, read him the letter, asked why...

Re: Puma faults update.
Called FCE, they’re still not accepting my rejection citing they’ve received no new evidence to support my claim. It spent 23 days in the workshop having faults fixed. Awaiting call back from FCE as the person handling my case wasn’t available. Of the faults that were fixed, I use the term fixed in ...

Re: B&O audio
Speaker placement is the issue. With the 4 behind you in the rear doors at floor level due to the fancy parcel shelf arrangement it was never gonna be banging.... They just use the b&o name for tuning. Not components. Curious about that, only one speaker cover has B&O on it in the Puma, all...

Re: B&O audio
Just had a 24 hour test drive Kuga PHEV with B&O, quality is significantly better than the Puma, looks like all speakers might be B&O and not just the dash and amp.
Oh, surround sound finally upgraded, tbh, wasn’t worth the hassle.
