I checked in the car, "you are up to date".
Checked on the web site "updates are available".
In the car they are definitely out of date compared to what other people people are seeing.

Yes. I've also stopped using it for the same reason. At first I thought it was the cable, but whichever cable I use, the same thing happens.

According to the manual, selecting reduced guard will only enable the perimeter sensors (attempted entry).
