Re: Can’t unlock from passenger side
My Puma ST has started doing the same thing. Keyless entry on passenger side not working. App sending messages the car has gone to sleep. SYNC rebooting itself. Looked at the battery and it’s a Rombat.

Auto door lock option missing
Hi,
I was looking though the manual the other day and found a section on locks. One option was auto door lock where the doors lock automatically when you exceed 12mph. For some reason my Puma does not have this option in the menu and I wondered if anyone else has the same issue?

Re: PUMA ST owners: Why didn't you buy the Fiesta ST?
I went for the Puma ST mainly for the extra ground clearance. Having said that, I prefer the look of the Puma. It has more presence on the road especially in mean green.

Re: Battery problem update
Yes, I put a clamp meter on the negative battery cable. Initially the current draw was about 3.5A and then, after a few minutes, dropped to 1.3A which I think is too much. A sleeping car should be in the 30mA range not 1300mA. What clamp meter do you have and over what range is it accurate? My clam...

Re: Get oil changed at 1 year old or not?
Good evening to all. I personally did an oil change and oil filter at 3000 km. from the factory the engine had Castrol inside. I took them out and put Moly liqui. I will generally change the oil every 7500 km. I do not like to keep the engine oil above these kilometers. Like and need are two differ...

Re: Battery drain on new puma
My replacement Varta is still only showing 11.8/9v after standing a while but I’ve not had the sleep issue since I got it (well briefly on the first morning after but nothing since). I’m leaning towards a generator fault to be honest. It’s been on two weeks now so it’s a case of wait and see as far...

Re: Battery problem update
Traded mine in for new automatic Honda hybrid with no outlay. Too many gadgets on Puma first edition pack, putting into garage with bulging front wings (trying to look like a Porsche) triggering lights and noise, on country hills lacked power ☹️ and the bloody battery messages all the time. Honda f...

Re: Battery problem update
Has anyone been able to measure the current consumption when the car is locked up? I've no idea about electronics really but it must be drawing a bit of current, what with the car alarm and its sensors (internal and lift?), the gubbins that monitors for a remote engine start up via the app, etc? No...

Re: Battery drain on new puma
I’ve been looking around the internet for a suitable replacement battery but haven’t had much luck. I’ve found 60Ah/600A start/ stop batteries but I don’t know if they will physically fit. Also there seems to be two choices, AGM and EFB. Mine is the Rombat EFB and I guess the AGM battery won’t be su...

Re: Battery
I have the Rombat battery and after one week of ownership I’m getting system shutting down messages.
