Thanks to you and Sparks for the info, I have spent the last two days doing downloads! Only had the car for a week. Done the downloads via my home wifi...has always worked for me on Focus and Kuga's in the past. Like you at one stage the car says up to date, Ford Account say updates need installing....

Hi everyone, new owner spent the last two days doing downloads! could you please tell me which is latest version of maps, after all the new downlods to sync which the car has updated, its showing as version F9 for maps? Is this correct or the latest version please.
