Yup it was resolved by the dealer retorquing the steering rack bolts, also renewing the steering rack pinch bolt (it was bent!)

It’s a shame they were unable to resolve all the creaks and rattles from various interior trims

It might be a good idea to add a fuse as close to the battery, I’d not be keen on having a permanent live cable potentially ready to short out somewhere…

Would these parts that 'may' have been damaged would have been manufactured at different plants for the US and Europe?
