Those ball and socket clips look similar to the ones used on the inner rear lights (on the boot lid). The ball pops out of the socket by gentry prising/prying. Have a read through the reverse light bulbs thread which mention them…

Re: Again 125 versus 155 bhp
I have the 125ps non hybrid auto and it’s a nippy agile little thing, and it has plenty power to keep up with motorway traffic. If you were regularly running with a fully loaded car or regularly running on hilly motorways I’d say it could get a bit tiring but for normal running it’s more than ample.

Re: Full electric Puma on its way ....
Maybe a self charging hybrid makes more sense..? I really, really fancied the Toyota CHR - 30 miles of range would be useful around town. The transmission put me off, plus it's slower than most cars of that size. Smaller boot too. But, they do look nice! We’ve just got a 2021 C-HR, ours is a high s...

Re: Fuel Issue Maybe
The top quarter on the fuel gauge in mine goes down slower than the next, then the two bottom ones go down quick.

Re: Starting The Engine & Driving Via The App
the engine start bit in the middle. Which i assume would have saved someone driving my wife's set of keys over to me, No, I'm afraid it wouldn't have, as I said earlier. The car won't let you drive off until it detects a key inside the car and you press the start button. I’ve used my remote start r...

Re: Starting The Engine & Driving Via The App
Long story short, drove the car away without the key fob yesterday as I had to go back in the house to get something, left the engine running and the keys in the front door and drove away  Turned the engine off when I got there, realised what I'd done as I couldn't lock the car because I hadn...

Re: Best Form of Gap insurance To Take Out?
Jeez, after having about 5 ALA Gap policies it looks like I’ve mistaken them. Back to invoice gives you cash to make up to what you spent on the car. ie buy a car at £30k, it gets stolen and the insurance pays out £20k, then Gap pays you the extra £10k to make you back to £30k. Vehicle replacement g...

Re: Best Form of Gap insurance To Take Out?
We take out the back to invoice cover. We probably won't ever need to claim it, but if we do it's nice to think we can get a good lump of cash to ensure we can buy another like for like car. Is there much cash difference between policies?

Re: Space saver tyre musings
has anybody actually found a suitable spacer saver for those of us with 19" alloy's? A copy of my reply to an older thread about space savers... Hi guys, I've recently bought my Puma and checked around for a spare. The part number for the Ford 16” space saver wheel is JX7C 1015 BAA (that parti...

Re: Sync software update !!!
I would need to read up on it again to be certain, but I think the second file is created by the car after the update is done successfully, and you then upload that new file to Ford to let them know.
