Regards TPM senors in each wheel you can swap your wheels around to your heart's content. After a short drive the car will automatically re adjust and detect the tyres pressures per side front and rear. Everything checked underbonnet etc Rays1 and tyres all fine, will persevere over next week and see how it goes. I doubt anything software wise done during a 1st service would or should affect performance. I mean a 1st service, really!
