Re: Time to move on

The Lexus LBX is top of my list to replace the Puma but my preferred model and options is almost £40,000 list price but I will now have a look at the Captur given your positive comments

Re: Time to move on

Likewise l am beginning to look at a replacement for my Puma and have a few in my mind. I have a problem in that costs are approaching £40,000 for what I want and which I am very reluctant to exceed given the extra road tax that I would have to pay. I will not be getting fully electric but have Lexu...

Ford Assist

Not sure if many members have used Ford Assist but I have just had a very positive experience . I managed to get a puncture whilst on holiday about 50 miles from home. I rang the number on my paperwork and managed to speak with a human. They took my details and had an AA man at my holiday camp withi...

Re: New Ford EV teased

I quite like the look of the Explorer but having priced one after getting an email from Ford I'm not sure I want to pay double what I paid for my Puma. I am still trying to persuade myself I want an electric car rather than petrol.

I'm not sure about the CVT transmission. The rest of the car I like. The Premium Plus seems the one to go for. You will have to l...

Re: Key Battery low

Could it possibly be a battery that has lost some power. I changed the battery in mine with one that was 5 years old (but still another 5 years life and almost 90% charge) that continued playing up. When I used a new one (10 years life) the problems disappeared

Re: First Car, Worst Car, Best Car.

1989 MG Metro Turbo - awful car but 155k miles of first car abuse. 1995 Nissan Primera - not bad, just efficiently dull. 2004 Honda S2000. Best by far, 70k miles / 10 years of 9kpm red line bouncing RWD fun. I had a 2002 Honda S2000 from new and greatly regret selling it 6 years later. A wonderful ...
