Re: For those missing ST-Line Scuff plates and Sports pedals.

It didn't go over his head, he just didn't care....You'd bought the car, so no longer his problem....Seems to be the prevailing attitude at a lot of dealers these days. Glad the link helped you improve the car looks.... :D Oh yes, all over you until that deposit is handed over, then couldn’t ...

Re: FORD hAS HAD MINE LONGER THAN ME , AIRCON SCRAP

Couldn’t agree more. I believe that if Ford doesn’t get a grip on their dealerships in the UK, things are going to go from bad to ridiculous. I have come to expect my dealer to instantly say that there’s nothing wrong, regardless of the fact I have wasted a day to take it to them! If work is done, i...

Re: Battery problem update

Yeah - I simply started the engine and it went back into deep sleep as soon as I switched off. Pointless really. I’m driving to Leeds and back later but I’m sure that won’t be enough to stop it going back into deep sleep by the morning or even before. Next stop for me, if they won’t change it, is a...

Re: Pleasant suprise

Yes, nice gesture but nothing in comparison to the inconvenience of having to do one trip to the dealers and the loss of the day. Of course, once you have been several times, and basically always told that there isn’t a fault it just gets on your nerves. £125, nah, I’m not that easily pleased!

Re: Battery problem update

I do love the comment "Don't worry though, nothing is wrong"! Clearly "something" IS wrong, like the battery is going flat! Yeah - I simply started the engine and it went back into deep sleep as soon as I switched off. Pointless really. I’m driving to Leeds and back later but I’...

Re: Help me: Why would someone pay for a hands free 'power tailgait'?

I guess I initially wanted it because it seemed a fun gadget. Didn’t think I’d find it useful but when you have two hands full of shopping it really is useful not to have to put the bags down to close the car. It’s never going to be life changing but it is something I genuinely surprised myself wit...

That’s very odd. Was the car running when you went into settings?

Re: Cruise control Problem!

Thanks for the feedback guys! All I've done so far is switch on the cruise control, got up to speed then toggled the ok button upwards to set it! I havent checked the settings in main menu so I'll do that first! Have you set it in settings to intelligent cruise control. If so, just click the resume...

Re: Would you buy another puma ?

Nope. In fact, I wouldn’t even buy another Ford until they sort out their build quality, customer satisfaction figures and the inconsistency of dealerships.
