Re: Insurance companies
I used the Quidco comparison tool and found a quote that was a £100 less (Churchill with £0 voluntary excess) How much is your compulsory excess? This is the important one because it is set by your insurer and cannot be changed. Voluntary is an amount you choose to pay in addition to the compulsory...

Breakdown cover with new puma
I am sure that when I bought my Puma (April 2023. 23 plate) that I was given complimentary breakdown cover. I can't find any paperwork to corroborate this though. Does this seem familiar to anyone else, and does anyone know if it's for one or two years? Thanks.

Re: Insurance companies
My renewal went up by £150 last month. :( I used the Quidco comparison tool and found a quote that was a £100 less (Churchill with £0 voluntary excess) and I got £45 cashback for going through Quidco. Unfortunately it wasn't any less than last year but pleased not to be paying the £150 more. This is...

Re: Actual Factory Order Lead Times 2023
I ordered my Puma (ST Line with parking pack and comfort pack) early September 2022 and picked it up about three weeks ago which was earlier than expected. (I was quoted June/July time). During the collection I got chatting with the Sales Manager. He said there is a problem with getting the Puma's t...

Touch up pen
Morning all. I have a Puma in Desert Island Blue and I need a touch up pen for a small chip on the door handle. I've been on Google and prices vary wildly, as do the reviews for the online retailers on Trustpilot. Do any of you good folk have any recommendations on where to get a good colour match p...

Rear interior light not turning off
I started the engine to make a journey this evening, and all was ok. A passenger then got in the rear of the car and the rear interior light came on, but then it didn't switch off again for the remainder of the journey (about 15 minutes). I got to my destination, switched off the engine, we all got ...

No DAB stations listed
I have a 70 plate ST Line Puma and my radio has stopped listing DAB stations. It has also stopped displaying the station logo against the pre-set stations I already have. Listening to the stations I already have pre-set isn't an issue (there just isn't a station logo anymore), but if I try and find ...

Re: SECURIALERT
I've just set mine to activate from 8pm to 8am when the car is most likely on my drive. I occasionally set it if we are leaving the car for a long period but other than that it's just over night for me. Cuts down the incessant messages. Good idea. I'm fed up with the volume of notifications, and no...

Pre Collision Assist
I've had my Puma for just over a week now and the Pre-Collision Assist warning has come on quite a few times for no apparent reason. It seems very sensitive, and mostly gets itself in a tizz when I'm driving down a road where cars are parked on both sides. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Re: Learnt something new today
Is the foot operated tailgate only on certain models? I placed an order for the ST Line this week but don't remember seeing it as standard...
