Hi, just done sync update to 3.4.23188 and uploaded log file it generated to ford as requested only to be told there is an issue with uploaded log file.
This same thing happened on last update to 3.4.22200.
Has anyone else had this problem.

Just updated my puma today to sync 22200 using usb and that took about 45 minutes to update. Uploaded the XML file it provided and was then able to download the F11 map update. The map update was about 22.8 GB so put it on usb stick and this took about 1 hour 50 minutes to update so its quite a long...

Hi, can radders please tell me who he contacted at Ford.
I have tried customer relations centre and they just say try ford dealer who say I am up to date with version 3.4.21020 maps F10.
My puma is a 2022 st line x edition.
Any help would be grateful.
