Re: Learnt something new today

Seems more effort than just double pressing the key fob to open. I never have my hands full enough to prevent myself getting the keys.. :D That sounds like someone trying to convince themselves they don't need the feature after all. I would have thought that but, now I have it, I've found it pretty...

Re: HELLO TO ALL From A Newbie

Thanks to all for your welcome messages. Unfortunately Wfd76 my car had no heated seats so no comfort pack. The car was in the showroom and I bought it as it was. I would have had to place an new factory order to get everything but I'm quite happy with it so I'll just have to put extra woolies on i...

Re: Learnt something new today

I've tried everything to open it on my Puma but no luck. It's a 1st edition ST line X so surely it has it? Seems more effort than just double pressing the key fob to open. I never have my hands full enough to prevent myself getting the keys..

Re: Active Park Assist

I don't see the point of it unless the driver is VERY bad at parking. Would be a bit more useful in an automatic where it did the accel/braking too, but legislation makes a lot of the fully automated driving features tricky to bring out in the UK.

Re: Fuel Efficiency

Getting about 43mpg at the moment, less than 1000 miles in. Keep getting tempted to put my foot down in sport every now and then :D

Re: HELLO TO ALL From A Newbie

Welcome! I wonder who the unlucky sod was that had the airbag cover hit them in the face in a brand new Puma
Hopefully it was just found in further testing..

Re: Faults

I've had a blown fan motor upon delivery of my Puma, but it still works for the time being - just a little noisy. Literally the only issue so far, everything else has been perfect. A new model from almost any manufacturer is going to be at risk of more issues initially, but they're usually simple to...

Re: B&O play DSP

As a fellow audiophile, don't expect much from a b&o system at this price point. It sounds plenty good enough for what it is (and to justify the cost), but isn't going to blow you away. I tend to stay clear of "surround" options, but in this case it does help a lot with balancing the sound. In stere...

Re: Screeching aircon/fan

Just had it looked at by the dealership, booked in for August as the heater fan / blower motor was burnt out somehow upon delivery. 2-3 day job involving taking the whole dashboard out... great
