From conversations with dealer regarding recall, it’s likely going to be new modem fitted on held cars as software update has been hit & miss for cars that were still in transport mode. More waiting I guess

If a car was still in transport mode at the time of the announcement then it should have been cleared for release to customer however if the dealer had already removed it out of transport mode then the wait continues. As mine had already been through pre-delivery inspection I fall in the latter

Car at dealers, purchased to replace my written off vehicle. Insurer’s hire car returned in anticipation of collecting the Puma a day later. Pick up of same blocked by Ford 12 hours before due to collect. Watching this forum with interest to see when I’ll be back on the road. My comments don’t help...
