Mine is finally on my drive got service plan and full tank for free I’m well happy car was worth wait just not the recall saga Ford motor company have got to sort there customer service out badly

Just checked on dvla website and my car comes up as taxed so it looks like I will be collecting today as dealer said finally the end of this hell is near

My dealers manager has been brilliant since dealing with him he said my car would be first in once recall had been released and he stuck to his word mine was inspected this morning and passed and he has told me he is trying so I can collect my car Friday late afternoon. Tried a different dealer and they went on the Ford website whilst I was on the phone. Car is booked in for initial inspection on the 19th. So two weeks for your dealer to get it on the ramp that’s why they told you no fix then to take pressure off them to get it in workshop Always a fair wait round...

I emailed my sales manager last night he emailed this morning and said he would forward this to service not to sure if he meant my email or the fix so let’s wait and see it’s just strange that my car has moved from where it has been stored for the last month and no where to be seen outside dealers. ...
